Q. What is the #F1Pole made out of?
A. Each #F1Pole is made from industrial grade stainless steel. The top and bottom bases/attachments are lathed from aluminum.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. Shipping rates vary between $60 - $80 depending on your location within the continental US. International shipping is not available at this time, but will be soon.
Q. Will the #F1Pole damage my floor?
A. No. We use wear-resistant industrial grade rubber on the bottom of each pole that protects even the most delicate flooring materials.
Q. Can I use the #F1Pole with concrete ceilings?
A. Yes. Every #F1Pole comes with the necessary fixtures and instructions for all ceiling types.
Q. What ceiling heights are compatible with the #F1Pole?
A. We manufacture each #F1Pole to fit any ceiling height between 8’ - 12’ feet. If your ceiling height is outside of those parameters, contact us for a custom design and quote.
Q. Does the #F1Pole work with vaulted ceilings?
A. We are currently working on a ceiling attachment for vaulted ceilings. Follow our IG tag @specialized_dancepoles and be the first to know when it's available.
Q. Is there a warranty included with my purchase?
A. Yes. Each #F1Pole comes with a 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship.
Q. What equipment do I need for setup?
A. All you need is a stud finder and electric drill. Everything else is included with your #F1Pole.
Q. How long does setup take?
A. Removing and remounting your #F1Pole once installed only takes a couple seconds! Initial installation takes approximately three minutes.
Q. Can I use my #F1Pole in multiple locations?
A. Yes, as long as the other location has a similar ceiling height. All you need is an extra ceiling plate, which can be found on the lower half of our home page.
Q. Do you provide a carrying case for taking the #F1Pole with me?
A. Every pole comes with a protective sleeve that can be used for both travel and storage.
Q. Will the #F1Pole fall over if I dance too aggressively?
A. When installed correctly, the #F1Pole will not fall over like some of the funny videos that are seen around the internet. That's because it is structurally secured to the ceiling when in use, and thus near impossible to fall over even through the most fierce dance routines.
Q. What if I need help installing my #F1Pole?
